[Local Coverage] 8TV Money Matters Tax Forum 《财经十四行》税务论坛 (Dual Language) 

Kuala Lumpur, 2023 - On April 15th,  8TV Money Matters Tax Forum has taken place. The opening ceremony was launched by Yang Berhormat Datuk Seri Haji Ahmad bin Haji Maslan, Deputy Minister of Finance I. The event also invited five domestic tax experts to provide guidance and tax knowledge to the public and businesses.

 

The forum was organised by 8TV, with The China Press 《中国报》as a media partner and 8FM as the official radio station. The event was well received by the general public, with over 200 people attending. It was co-hosted by 黄锦荣, host of 《财经十四行》, 林思婷, 8TV Malaysia's Mandarin news anchor, and 黄隽斌, host of 《活力加油站》. Other VIPs in attendance included Datuk Seri (Dr) Syed Hussian, Nini Yusof, Kamaruddin Mape, 傅传亿, and 王禄彤.

 

The invited speakers for the forum included 周德谦,拿督孔令龙, 尤祖彦, 余润华 and 陈佳雯. They covered four major themes: "Navigation of the Tax Realm (Strategize)", "Turning Taxes into Gold (Attack)", "E-commerce Tax System (Transformation)", and "Cross-Border Tax Opportunities (Expansion)." They examined the domestic tax landscape, offered solutions to tax challenges, shared strategies for turning taxes into profits, and discussed various bilateral tax incentives related to cross-border tax, all with the goal of assisting businesses in stabilising their foundation and expanding overseas.

《财经十四行》税务论坛圆满举行

八度空间财经时事节目《财经十四行》在4月15日举办了“疫后税道，步步商机”税务论坛。财政部第一副部长拿督斯里阿末马斯兰主持了开幕仪式，并邀请了国内五位税务专家为公众和企业提供税务知识和指导。

 

该论坛由八度空间主办，指定合作媒体为《中国报》，指定电台为8FM。吸引了逾两百人参加活动。除了副财长拿督斯里阿末马斯兰外，还有其他贵宾出席，包括首席媒体集团主席拿督斯里赛胡先、首席媒体电视网络副首席执行员妮尼尤索夫、首席媒体电视网络新闻与时事总监卡玛鲁丁、八度空间首席营运员傅传亿和八度空间华语新闻执行编辑王禄彤。

 

本次论坛的主讲人分别为YYC税务执行总监周德谦、中华总商会总财政拿督孔令龙、雪州内陆税收局调查部高级助理总监尤祖彦，以及德勤马来西亚国际税务总监余润华与陈佳雯。他们从“税道之税界导航（谋）、税道之点税成金（攻）、税道之电商税制（变）、税道之跨境税机（扩）”四个主题入手，深入分析国内税务领域，提供应对方案，分享点税成金之道，解决报税迷思，并探讨跨境税务中的双边优惠，全面助力企业扎稳根基，走向国际市场。

税道之税界导航（谋） 主讲人：YYC 税务执行总监周德谦	Navigating China's tax industry, analysing current tax challenges, avoiding hidden loopholes and pitfalls, understanding the root of "problems," and seeking solutions to them. 导航我国税界，剖析当前企业所面对的税务挑战，如何避开当中隐藏的漏洞和陷阱，了解“问题”症结，寻求应对方案。
税道之点税成金（攻） 主讲人：中华总商会总财政拿督孔令龙	How to legally recover taxes paid and use them for the company, truly achieving the goal of converting taxes into assets!   为各位老板授招，如何把付出的税金通过合法途径讨回来，为企业所用，真正做到点税成金！
税道之电商税制（变） 主讲人：雪州内陆税收局调查部高级助理总监尤祖彦	The speaker uses his years of experience working in the tax bureau to provide examples of the challenges faced by e-commerce businesses, internet celebrities, and even corporate executives when developing their businesses through various channels and dealing with income tax issues. He also discusses legitimate and localised methods, emphasising the importance of understanding e-commerce taxation in order to avoid common misunderstandings and pitfalls that can lead to larger tax problems.   主讲人从他在税收局多年的工作经验，列举电商、网红、甚至是企业老板，在不同渠道发展业务及处理所得税事宜时所碰到的钉子。他也分享正规及因地制宜的方法，透过掌握电商税道，避开电商报税迷思和误区，才不会越税越麻烦。
税道之跨境税机 (扩) 主讲人：德勤马来西亚国际税务总监余润华及陈佳雯	Most entrepreneurs want to grow their businesses and become multinational corporations. However, there are numerous pitfalls in cross-border taxation, and even minor errors can lead to serious consequences. The speaker discusses international taxation issues such as withholding tax, permanent establishments, and bilateral tax treaties in order to assist businesses in avoiding double taxation and making informed business decisions.   做企业的都想将企业越做越大、越做越强，成为跨国企业，但跨境税务当中隐藏许多雷区，稍不慎就会掉落误区。主讲人探讨国际税务的问题如预扣税、常设机构、双边税收协议，协助企业避免双重征税，做出精明的商业决策。
