Kuala Lumpur, April 2023 - Polis Evo, Malaysia's most explosive cop action blockbuster franchise, returns to complete its trilogy with POLIS EVO 3, which will be released in cinemas nationwide in Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei on 25^th May 2023!

 

Polis Evo 3 reintroduces Malaysia's hottest buddy cop duo, Zizan Razak as Inspector Sani and Shaheizy Sam as Inspector Khai, as the franchise's mainstays. In this film, big names like Sharnaaz Ahmad, Nora Danish, Syafiq Kyle, Douglas Lim, Farali Khan, Fauzi Nawawi, Fezrul Khan, and Eyka Farhana join the Polis Evo family.

 

Michael Ang, Ben Amir, Wanna Ali, Zulin Aziz, Fauziah Gous, Ezzaty Abdullah, Iman Corrine Adrienne, Danial Zaini, Radin ERA, Kamaliah Mat Dom, Datin Fadilah Mansor, Daniel Cheang, Isha Norsham ERA, and social media influencer Zukieeee all make brief but exciting appearances in Polis Evo 3.

 

The Polis Evo franchise showcased different directors' abilities and unique direction, with the first Polis Evo (2015) film grossing RM18 million and Polis Evo 2 (2018) grossing RM25 million. 

 

Ghaz Abu Bakar directed the first Polis Evo, Joel Soh and Andre Chiew directed the second, and for the third installment, breakout film director Syafiq Yusof takes on the task of directing yet another daring attempt in the action-comedy genre. They are young directors with their own distinct style. For the first time, the latest Polis Evo film is produced by BlackFlag and features the collaboration of three major Malaysian producers: Astro Shaw, Skop Productions, and TGV Pictures.

 

Raja Jastina Raja Arshad, Executive Producer of Polis Evo 3 and Vice President of the Malay Nusantara Business and Head of Astro Shaw, stated, "The highly anticipated third installment of the box-office franchise Polis Evo is finally here." Inspector Khai and Inspector Sani return for a new mission in Polis Evo 3, this time joined by a special highly-skilled team that includes Inspector Dani, Inspector Julie, and Inspector Dell, each bringing their own expertise. The mission takes an unexpected turn when the criminal's next possible target turns out to be Inspector Khai himself. When they discover the suspect's personal connection to Inspector Khai's dark past, their friendship is put to the test.

 

Advance Ticket Purchases Polis Evo 3 Special for fans and audiences, Polis Evo 3 movie tickets will be available in theatres nationwide beginning May 11th, 2023. Viewers can also be among the first to see this film through a'sneak preview' on May 24, 2023 - one day before the film's official release date.

 

Malique, also known as 'The General,' is a legendary rap composer and former member of the iconic hip hop group Too Phat, who composed the song "AYUH." The song was written by Adeep Nahar and features lyrics by Malique, Kmy Kmo, and Aman Ra, as well as performances by Malique, Kmy Kmo, and Aman Ra, as well as powerhouse vocalist Ernie Zakri. The song, Malique's first in six years, perfectly captures the vibe and action of Polis Evo 3.
