Ailee, a Korean-American singer, songwriter, pop sensation, and vocalist, is set to dazzle fans with her first southern release.
Kuala Lumpur, 2024 - Ailee's I AM: HERE will make its Malaysian debut on 22nd June 2024 at 8.30pm at the Mega Star Arena in Kuala Lumpur. Tickets for Ailee, an American singer and songwriter based in South Korea, will go on sale LIVE on 2nd March 2024 at https://lolasia.bigtix.io/.
Ailee, known as the 'Queen of OST', has topped the charts with over 30 original soundtracks and is adored by fans worldwide for her empowering stage performances and high-octane vocals. She has become a household name in South Korea.
From 2013 to 2016, Ailee won four consecutive Mnet Asian Music Awards for "Best Female Vocal Performance" for her songs "U&I," "Singing Got Better," "Mind Your Own Business," and "If You." Her 2017 single, "I Will Go to You Like the First Snow," from the TV drama series Guardian: The Lonely and Great God, received multiple awards and became the most digitally successful song of the year. It also became the best-selling record in the Korean sound record market.
Since her debut as a 16-year-old singer, the K-pop star has released four studio albums, 26 music videos, six extended plays (Eps), and 23 singles, six of which reached the top five of the Gaon Digital Chart.
After working briefly at Muzo Entertainment in New York City, Ailee relocated to South Korea in 2010. Ailee's debut single "Heaven," which peaked at No. 3 on the Gaon Digital Chart in 2012, earned her the 'Best New Artist Award' at the Melon Music Awards, followed by Golden Disc Awards, Gaon Chart K-Pop Awards, and Seoul Music Awards.
