KUALA LUMPUR, October 2017 – Dream
Theater, an American Metal
Band has put up an awesome show to their fans earlier this month at KL Convention Centre on 2nd October 2017. Our media
team from wljack.com has been given a rocking great
opportunity to do a coverage on the show.
Amazing Rock Show!
This
is the very first time for the progressive metal maestro band “Dream Theater” to perform in Malaysia.
The show was organized by IME Asia and
it was a great success as we saw the venue crowded with 2,500 attendees.
The
band comprises of very talented musicians including James LaBrie (vocals), John
Petrucci (guitars), Jordan Rudess (keyboards and continuum), John Myung (bass)
and Mike Mangini (drums). They have delivered spectacular live set of “Images & Words” in its entirety
and taken the fans back in time with numbers like “Pull Me Under”, “Another Day”, “Metropolis Part 1” and etc as well
as the newer songs like “The Dark
Eternal Night” and “Hell’s Kitchen”.
During the show, John Myung also does
a Myung
bass solo on a Jaco Pastorius cover.
They
have demonstrated a totally extraordinary rock and metal musical performance fueled
with overwhelming stamina!
The Most Sincere Yet Enthralling Encore
Ever!
This
show has presented one of the most fascinating Encore ever as it has featured a 23-minutes “A Change Of Seasons”! This is such a great encore!
In
overall, the show was very memorable! It’s a great treat for the fans!
