Disney Jr. Live On Tour: Let’s Play! Brings Magical Disney Moments to Life at Resorts World Genting!

Kuala Lumpur, 2025 – Disney Jr. Live On Tour: Let’s Play! officially kicked off its magical run at Arena of Stars, Resorts World Genting on 29 August 2025, treating Malaysian audiences to an unforgettable evening of live music, laughter, and Disney joy. Jointly presented by Unusual Entertainment and Lo-Fi Entertainment, the show runs until 1 September 2025, with three shows daily that promise fun for the entire family.

For families attending, including ours, it was more than just a show—it was a surreal experience. My wife, daughter, and I found ourselves fully immersed in the Disney Junior world we’ve only seen on screen. Chanting “Oh, Toodles!” together with the crowd and calling out “Miska, Muska, Mickey Mouse!” as Mickey appeared live on stage was a moment we’ll never forget. Hearing those iconic words together, in person, alongside so many excited kids and parents, made the experience come alive in a completely new way.

The show began with a high-energy warm-up set by the Disney Junior DJ, who got the young audience on their feet right away. Then came the moment everyone was waiting for—Mickey Mouse's grand entrance, which was met with deafening cheers and wide-eyed wonder.

The energy stayed high as the audience was taken through a “playdate checklist” filled with interactive segments involving singing, dancing, games, and even balloons. Each new item on the checklist introduced a new Disney character. Goofy brought his signature humor, Ariel the Little Mermaid dazzled on stage, and the adorable SuperKitties added a splash of excitement. 

A favorite part of the night? Singing along to the iconic “Hot Dog Song.” There’s something incredibly heartwarming about an entire theatre of families dancing and singing “Hot dog, hot dog, diggity dog!” together—pure Disney joy.

A major highlight was the balloon segment, where Minnie Mouse made her entrance to loud cheers. Her appearance was one of the most joy-filled moments of the night, with balloons floating through the crowd and kids leaping in excitement.

After a short intermission, the show returned with a thrilling twist—Spider-Man and his Web-Spinning Friends took over the stage with dynamic trampoline stunts and web-swinging choreography. The audience gasped and applauded as Spider-Man flipped and soared through the air, captivating children and adults alike.

As a parent, seeing our daughter shout out the lines she usually only says to the TV screen, and watching her eyes light up with every new surprise, made the whole trip worthwhile.

Jonathan Shank, producer at Terrapin Station Entertainment, shared, “It has been a joy to see Malaysian families experience the wonder of Disney Jr. Live On Tour: Let’s Play!. Disney Jr. Live On Tour: Let’s Play! 于8月29日正式在云顶世界云星剧场闪亮登场，为马来西亚家庭带来一场充满音乐、舞蹈与童话色彩的欢乐夜晚。演出由 Unusual Entertainment 与 Lo-Fi Entertainment 联合呈献，将持续至 2025年9月1日，每天有 三场演出，亲子家庭千万别错过！

这场演出不只是给孩子们的，连我们做父母的都感动满满。我和太太带着女儿一同观赏演出，当我们全场齐声喊出 “哦，图豆！”、“米斯卡，穆斯卡，米奇老鼠！” 时，那种从荧幕走入现实的感觉真的令人难以言喻。米奇的现身，仿佛让大家真的进入了他的俱乐部。

演出以活力四射的 Disney Junior DJ 开场，瞬间点燃全场气氛。而当 米奇老鼠隆重登场 时，全场欢呼声此起彼落，孩子们的眼睛都闪闪发亮。

整场表演围绕着“游玩清单”的主题，每完成一个活动就有一位迪士尼角色登场。高飞带来笑声，小美人鱼爱丽儿优雅亮相，还有充满动感的 SuperKitties 也惊喜现身。

演出中最让人会心一笑的莫过于全场一起高唱《Hot Dog Song》，大家边跳边唱 “Hot dog, hot dog, diggity dog!”，气氛欢乐到极点！在其中一个最受欢迎的环节——气球互动 中，米妮老鼠的出现更是引爆全场欢呼，场内飘满五彩气球，孩子们兴奋得跳起来抢气球，笑声不断。

中场休息后，压轴登场的是全场期待的超级英雄——蜘蛛侠与他的英雄朋友们！他们在舞台上进行 蹦床跳跃与空中翻腾，营造出如同“荡网”般的视觉效果，赢得了孩子与家长们如雷的掌声。

本主编Jack的感想：“这些台词和歌曲平时只在电视上听得到，现在能和全场小朋友一起大声喊出来，真的太开心了！我女儿整晚笑得合不拢嘴。”
