Sam Lee Captivates Malaysian Fans with Heartfelt Concert

Genting Highlands, 2024 – The "King of Love Songs," Sam Lee, delivered an unforgettable performance at the Arena of Stars in Resorts World Genting, Malaysia last Friday and Saturday. The concert, titled "Sam Lee Concert 2024 Live In Malaysia," was Sam’s sweet treat to his fans 1 year after his previous concert. This concert was held for two consecutive nights on 15th March 2024 and 16th March 2024. The final night was a sold out attracting over 5,132 attendees. 

This time he has even performed acapella version of 《痴心绝对》for a total of 4 times during the show. The surprise this time was the presence of the original composer 《痴心绝对》, Ponan Tsai蔡伯南. It was a truly memorable moment to see him sing along to this song with Sam. This was the 9999.5 times for Sam Lee to sing this song LIVE. It was truly a historic moment.

Sam Lee's setlist was a delightful mix of his classic hits and new releases. The audience was treated to beloved songs such as "Kao Jin" (靠近), "Shou Fang Kai" (手放开), and "Ca Jian Er Guo" (擦肩而过), as well as timeless favorites like “Guan Yu Ni de Ge”《关于你的歌》and “Ni Na Me Ai Ta”《你那么爱他》. He even moved closer to the fans during his performance to interact with them. He jokingly asked, “Nobody has to work on Saturday right?” which someone shouted back, “For Sam Lee, we are skipping work”! He also joked that he had booked the “Genting KTV VIP room”, which is true enough as most of his songs led to massive sing-along by the audiences.

Throughout the concert, Lee's powerful vocals and emotional delivery captivated the audience.  The concert was a resounding success, with fans leaving the venue thoroughly entertained and moved by Lee's performance.
