After 4 years, Grasshopper returns to Resorts World Genting, inviting Malaysian fans to dance and celebrate!
Kuala Lumpur, 2023 - Grasshopper, Hong Kong's legendary singing and dance group, will return to Malaysia after their "17385 World Tour Concert at Genting" in November 2019, after a four-year wait. They will return to Malaysia on 29th July 2023, bringing Malaysian fans to the Arena Of Stars, Resorts World Genting to enjoy a memorable samba dance and happily dance together!
Grasshopper, comprised of Calvin Choy, Remus Choy, and Edmond So, has been in industry for 38 years, and their popularity and position remain unshakeable. They've performed iconic hit songs including 《失恋阵线联盟》、《半点心》、《忘情森巴舞》、《宝贝对不 起》、《Lonely》、《限時專送 ABC》and many more that never get old.
The trio launched the "RE: GRASSHOPPER Concert Tour" in October 2022 in the Hong Kong Coliseum, and every show was sold out. Their tour continued to Taipei Arena and Singapore. The concert was titled "RE:GRASSHOPPER" with a deep significance, reflecting Grasshopper's long-awaited reunion with supporters.
Grasshopper has put a lot of work into this show, carefully picking songs and providing fresh arrangements and spectacular audio-visual elements. They want everyone to be able to enjoy Grasshopper's live singing and dancing abilities. Through a succession of explosive songs and scorching dances, they also hope to transport their fans back to the amazingly lovely world of Grasshopper's music and experience the true memories of youth.
The Grasshopper "RE:GRASSHOPPER Concert Live In Malaysia 2023" is organised in collaboration by UnUsUal, MIC Entertainment Group, and 小金鹿娱乐 . It will be held on 29th July 2023 (Saturday) at 8:30 PM in the Arena of Star, Resorts World Genting. The ticket pricing are as follows: RM888 (VIP), RM688 (PS1), RM488 (PS2), RM388 (PS3), and RM278 (PS4), the price has not included an RM4 handling fee. Tickets will be available for purchase on May 19th at 12:00 PM. 这是自2019年11月草蜢在马来西亚举办了《17385世界巡回演唱会云顶站》以来的再次登陆，相隔4年后，他们将于7月29日再次来到马来西亚，并邀请大马的歌迷们到云顶世界云星剧场尽情跳森巴舞，与他们一起狂欢起来！
由苏志威、蔡一智和蔡一杰组成的“草蜢”已经存在了38年，他们的人气和地位依然坚不可摧。他们唱过许多经典金曲，其中包括全民K歌必唱的《失恋阵线联盟》、《半点心》、《忘情森巴舞》、《宝贝对不起》、《Lonely》、《限时专送ABC》等，这些歌曲让人永远不会厌倦。
他们在2022年10月在香港红磡开始了《RE: GRASSHOPPER 草蜢巡回演唱会》，每场演唱会都爆满，随后又在台北小巨蛋和新加坡等地演出。这次演唱会之所以被命名为“RE:GRASSHOPPER”，意义重大，代表了草蜢与期待已久的歌迷们的重聚。
