Kuala Lumpur, 2023 – Following Priscilla Wong 黃翠如's visit, Astro welcomed TVB's two star actors, Joel Chan 陳山聰 and Owen Cheung 張振朗, to a "fan meeting" on 21st July at the Astro Experience Store in IOI City Mall, Putrajaya. They reconnected with their Malaysian fans after a lengthy hiatus, playing games and providing Astro customers with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to take photos with their idols via Astro Rewards!

During the fan meetup, the two charming actors not only interacted with local fans but also used the chance to promote TVB Magic, Astro's new Asian entertainment channel launched in collaboration with TVB. The channel (Channel 124) will shortly air Joel's breakthrough film "Barrack O' Karma" as well as Owen Cheung's leading drama "Airport Strikers".

During the fan meet event, the talented actors showcased their multifaceted abilities by treating the audience to their singing performances. Amidst the excitement, a curious hiccup occurred when the intended background music, Joel's song, was unexpectedly replaced by the theme song from the renowned series "Barrack O' Karma." Undeterred by the unforeseen twist, Joel graciously embraced the moment and delivered a captivating rendition of the theme song to the delight of the attendees.

In addition to the highly awaited works, Owen's current drama "Unchained Medley" is being aired on TVB Jade (Channel 310) and AOD (Channel 311) in tandem with its Hong Kong broadcast. Owen plays dual characters and appears opposite Katy Kung's 90s starlet-turned-female ghost, producing a comical and engaging "human-ghost love" story that has been well-received by local audiences, with high viewership ratings since its premiere. Joel, who recently won the TV King award at the 2022 TVB Anniversary Awards for his work in "Barrack O'Karma 1968" recently collaborated with Owen in a new action-packed cop drama named "Death Hint" The two actors appear in several tough action battle scenes, and Owen Cheung made news when it was rumoured that he got an injury while filming, adding to the series' buzz.

（吉隆坡）继黄翠如之后，香港TVB两位当红男演员陈山聪和张振朗应Astro之邀, 7 月21日前往布城IOI City Mall的Astro体验店，举办“粉丝见面会”，与马来西亚的忠实粉丝见面，并一起玩游戏。Astro的客户更有机会通过Astro Rewards获得与偶像单独合照的难得机会！

在见面会上，这两位帅气的男演员不仅与本地粉丝亲密接触，还特别为Astro与TVB近期推出的全新亚洲综合娱乐频道TVB Magic（频道124）做宣传。陈山聪的热门作品《今宵大厦》以及备受TVB力捧的张振朗主演的《机场特警》将陆续在TVB Magic频道上播出。
