[Explore] Van Gogh Alive at Pavilion Bukit Jalil (extended till 9th April 2023) (Dual Language Post)

Kuala Lumpur, March 2023 – Van Gogh Alive exhibition has been extended until 9th April 2023, so visitors can immerse themselves in the world of Van Gogh's masterpieces and learn more about the famous artist while they still can.

The exhibition, which is located at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, provides visitors with a one-of-a-kind opportunity to immerse themselves in the art and life of Vincent Van Gogh.

I recently visited the exhibition, and here are some of my thoughts on it.

The exhibition allows us to interact with the artworks by walking through a room filled with sunflowers and also learn more about Van Gogh's life and artistic journey. There are exhibits, videos, and documents that provide information about the artist's influences, techniques, and personal struggles. The exhibition provides an excellent opportunity for art enthusiasts and curious visitors alike to learn about Van Gogh's legacy and contribution to the art world.

There was also a space where visitors could draw and paint on the spot using the instructions displayed on the projected screen.

Aside from the immersive experience and educational components, the exhibition also provides some excellent photo opportunities. From the sunflower bed to the iconic "Van Gogh's Bedroom" the exhibition is filled with Instagram-worthy moments. Visitors can use these setups to take photos to create lasting memories of their visit to the exhibition.

The exhibition also included a multi-sensory experience that highlighted Van Gogh's works in a new light. The combination of digital projections on the walls, floor, and ceiling, as well as great musical score, creates an unforgettable audio-visual experience that engages all of the senses. The show lasts approximately 40 minutes.

Finally, the Van Gogh Alive exhibition provides a one-of-a-kind opportunity to explore Van Gogh's world and artistic legacy, all while engaging the senses and providing excellent photo opportunities.

If you didn't get a chance to see the exhibition during its original run of dates, now is your chance because it's been extended until April 9th, 2023.
