[Anime Event Coverage] I Love
Anisong Matsuri Malaysia 2019
Mili kicked off the event with their spectacular anisongs. Mili is a group of world-class music producers consisting of 6 talented minds, including composer/guitarist Yamato Kasai, Canadian vocalist momocashew, bassist Yukihito Mitomo, drummer Shoto Yoshida, stylist/designer/art director Ame Yamaguchi and illustrator/animator Ao Fujimori. Some of their notable songs include the opening theme song for the TV anime Golbin Slayer, as well as the opening and ending themes to the TV anime Merc Storia.
After Mili's performance, bless4 which is composed of four siblings, AKASHI, KANASA, AKINO, and AIKI have taken over the stage. They are well known for “Sousei no Aquarion” (theme song of the anime “Sousei no Aquarion”). They have provided an upbeat performance during the concert!
Mashiro Ayano then appeared next on stage after bless4. Her angelic voice has captured the hearts of the audience with her mesmerizing performance. She was popular for singing the theme songs of many anime such as ‘Gunslinger Stratos’, ‘D.Gray-man HOLLOW’, “Re:CREATORS” and “Record of Grancrest War”.
Last but not least, Luna Haruna came on stage as the final performer of the concert. Her cute look and great vocal have captivated all the audiences. She is known for singing the songs in anime such as “Sword Art Online”, the “Monogatari” series, “Saekano: How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend”.
Kuala Lumpur, June 2019 - Last Saturday and Sunday
was a great weekend for anime, manga, gamer and cosplay fans as "I Love Anisong Matsuri Malaysia 2019"
has taken place at Quill City Mall,
Kuala Lumpur.
A gathering for Anisong fans!
This
was the first time for "I Love
Anisong Matsuri Malaysia 2019" to be held in Malaysia. It was
organized by top Japanese Culture event company in South East Asia, SOZO Pte Ltd. The event features a
number of fun activities including Wotagei
Radio Exercise, Cyalume Dance Lesson and Battle, Anisong DJ showcase, gaming competition, meet & greet with
guest cosplayers and of course the Anisong
concert.
In
addition to that, there was exhibition booth selling merchandises and there was
a pop team epic booth for fans to visit. It's basically a weekend for anime and
manga fans to have fun!

Sony alpha photography workshop!
The
weekend also grants the visitors a chance to meet and greet with famous
cosplayers including SiuTao 小桃, King and YingTze. The fans even get to take
selfies with the guest cosplayers.
Photographers
also get to attend a special workshop by Sony
Alpha which taught the attendees on how to capture the best cosplay photos.
Lumica Stage Activities!
Throughout
both days, the visitors can have fun dancing to the anisong beats at Lumica
Stage via Wotagei Radio Exercise, Cyalume dance and Anisong DJ showcase!

The
biggest highlight in "I Love
Anisong Matsuri Malaysia 2019" was the 4 hours concert which was held
on the first day of the event.
